If you visit comic news sites or forums, you've probably seen the echoing screed-meme propegated by Cory Doctorow over at Boing Boing a few weeks ago when he realized that the phrase "super hero" was trademarked. Over at Newsarama, Matt Brady does a fantastic job putting the issue in perspective.
