So apparently (read: unsurprisingly) the DRM built into the videos you buy from iTunes to use with the shiny new video iPods results in iPod video files that are remarkably unuseful.

WOW! Charade--a thriller starring Cary Grant, Audrey Hepburn, and Walter Matthau and one of my favorite movies--has fallen into public domain and can be downloaded from the Internet Archive (via Waxy.) I'm a bit disappointed that it happened due to a simple mistake rather than time and intent, but regardless of the means it is our gain. If you haven't seen it and have the bandwidth to spare, enjoy.
