I've only been using PBWiki for a short while, but it's already joined my favorite web tools like Blogger and Flickr. Like other Web 2.0 tools, you lose a little bit by having your content on webspace you don't control, but PBWiki more than makes up for it by making setting up a wiki incredibly easy--leaving only the reasonably simple task of learning to use wiki grammar.

(And as full disclosure, they occasionally run cool deals where if you tell your friends about PBWiki they'll double the size of the webspace they give you for free. So check it out!)
