Go to this page and download the "Interactive Virtual Materials" file called "PhysicsDemo.zip". Unzip it using Winzip. Click on the physics.exe file. Then, Bezzy, who passed along the link to me, has some simple instructions:

...load the "cowfracture" file, and then press and hold shift while left-clicking to tug the poor thing apart.

Goofy fun for a Friday afternoon, right until the point People for the Ethical Treatment of Virtual Animals kicks your door in.

(You should probably spend a few minutes looking around the site of Matthias Mueller, too, since he was nice enough to create the demo and post it on the web for random people to download.)
