I'm already weary of the Hot Coffee scandal, and it's just kicking into gear*. Still, I want to keep providing some of what I feel is good commentary on the matter; if the political bandwagon keeps gaining steam*, it's going to have a lot of unintended and grave consequences in the game industry.

Thus, I encourage you to read the commentary by Steven Johnson (no relation) on Senator Clinton's burgeoning investigation. The swing at football is a bit of a rhetorical cliche in these arguments, but I suppose it's worth bringing up again alongside the other good points Johnson makes.

* Yeah, the bandwagon is steam-powered and has a transmission. Crazy, I know.
