CONSEQUENCES"
(via the Conversatron.) They suggest hanging it on the wall, but I think it might be a more effective deterrent hidden deep in a closet and never seen but often mentioned: "Shape up, young man, or I'll have to bring out THE WHEEL OF DREADED CONSEQUENCES! Please don't make Mommy do that. Mommy still misses her other children who made her use the Wheel..."
