The Madison Museum of Bathroom Tissue (thanks to Liana for the link); I remember it well. Near the intersection of Johnson and Hamilton in downtown Madison, above a convienience store, was an apartment stuffed with rolls of toilet paper from around the world.

I saw their sign several times in passing before I finally caught them open--and that was only because my penchant for late night walks intersected with their strange hours ("Tuesdays and Thursdays, from bar time to 4 AM" if I remember the hand-written sign properly.) I visited a few times after that with various friends in tow, and it was always a weird but cool experience. I remain both a) shocked that it never burned down with the collision of so much paper and so many drunk people partaking of portable combustibles, and b) unsurprised that it finally went the way of the dodo--I always knew that eventually the proprietors would sober up and realize that they had collected several thousand rolls of toilet paper and let hundreds of people wander through their apartment looking at them.

Ah, college.
