Brace yourself, Blogger users--the end of free approaches. I'd probably pay the thirty bucks for a year of responsive service, but I hope that Evan and Blogger are ready for what comes with paying customers--upset paying customers who (to a degree, rightfully) feel you now have an obligation to them.
